- Here are a few highlights regarding the energy cleansing treatment:
- First, the areas where there was pressure may continue to hurt for a few days.
- If necessary, it is recommended to apply a cream called Traumel to the painful areas.
- Please send an update 10 days after the treatment. Of course, if you need to, you can send it earlier.
- If there are still stickers on your ear, leave them unless it hurts or feels uncomfortable or they are about to fall off, in which case it is recommended to remove them.
- If you received a bottle with drops, it is important to remember to take 4 drops four times a day, not close to meals. If you see that the drops are helping, it is recommended to continue; you can order more, and Eliyahu will prepare them for you.
- If you have stickers with beads on your ear, please try to leave them. If they are very bothersome or interfere with your sleep on the ear, then remove them.
- It is recommended to practice self-cleansing every evening before bed:
- Legs bent position
- Feet together with a small gap between the knees
- Eyes closed. Take a deep breath
- Exhale and make a sound
- Imagine light entering from the head
- Cleansing the body and exiting from the hands and feet.
- You can repeat this several times.
- If a body tremor comes, that’s great, and even if not, it is okay to finish and go to sleep.
