Sleep disorders
sex and sleep alone make me conscious that I am mortal / Alexander the Great
Sleep is one of our most basic needs…
Sleep is a vital and crucial component in our mental and physical health, just like eating and drinking, and it is often affected by our activities throughout the day. Even though it is very important, our knowledge about it is still very limited and many topics regarding it haven’t been fully explored yet, and research about our sleeping habits is one of the most prolific branches of the science of well-being.

We often reach the conclusion that lengthy sleep is good, meaning the more we sleep: the better. But our sleep’s effectiveness is not entirely hidden within the number of hours we sleep, but also in the quality of our sleep and our sleeping habits.
Waking up in the middle of the night, feeling or not feeling well rested when waking up, the duration of falling asleep and more, are all important factors that can determine our quality of sleep.
Sleepless nights
many of us are probably familiar with the term “pulling an all-nighter” and the effects it has on our body. Immense tiredness, difficulty to function, anger issues and difficulties focusing are just some of the side effects of sleepless nights. When that thing becomes a pattern and the number of “all-nighters” is steadily increasing, it will ultimately lead to sleeping disorders that will affect our quality of life, our day-to-day ability function, as well as our physical and mental health.
Around 25% of the world’s population suffers from sleeping disorders, and theses disorders exist on a spectrum with a wide variety of negative consequences. Some of them are only small and relatively simple sleeping problems that are not constant, while others can be incredibly dangerous.
Sleep is critical for maintaining our physical and mental health.
Sleep that lacks quality and consistency can be a gateway towards constant tiredness and frustration, but can also lead to serious medical issues. Inclination for being overweight, reoccurring headaches and migraines, high blood pressure, and even increased risk for strokes, are just some of the issues that sleeping problems can cause. Among these there are also psychological negative side effects that can develop into severe depression, and inclination for developing anger issues, lack of focus and a decrease in sex drive that can lead to impotence.
The need to “shut down” our brain
Sleeping problems can occur from a wide variety of factors, among them growing older, hormonal changes such as pregnancy, various health problems and more. But one of the most common factors for the creation of sleeping problems is emotional stress. Many individuals that are overwhelmed with stress daily can feel a great sense of tiredness, while at the same time experience great difficulty falling asleep and spend the majority of the night dealing with negative thoughts or anxious ideas.
From a biological standpoint, Sleep was intended to perform a kind of “restart” or “rewiring” for our brains, as well as help release vital chemical for our bodies, help our learning abilities and memory and recharge our energy, while giving us peace and quiet. In order to fall asleep and have a quality sleep, we need to “shut down” our brain, relax and let go, but when we are stressed and anxious, will have a very hard time falling asleep and get a quality good night sleep.
Ask yourselves…
Do you find it difficult to fall asleep?
Do You find yourself repeatedly waking up throughout the night?
Is your sleep not comfortable or peaceful?
Do you naturally get up very early?
Do you experience chronic tiredness throughout the day?
The bad news is that if you answered yes to many of these questions, it is very likely that you suffer from sleeping disorders. But the good news is – it doesn’t have to stay that way. There is a solution!
It will only get better, tomorrow morning we will wake up to a new and wonderful day.
Disturbing thoughts, fears, anxiety, and emotional stress are something a lot of us experience, and it prevents us to let go of our brains and to get a good night sleep. Over the last 20 years, I have gathered numerous techniques and tools that are incredibly effective in treating sleeping problems. Among them is the energetic wash by the Acclaimed Dr. Nader Butto, and the use of Bach flowers batches, that allow my patients to combat stress and anxiety, may they be aware or not aware, through releasing the emotional and energetic blockage caused by negative past experiences that affects our quality of sleep.
In meeting my patients, I have continued to sharpen my methods and tools until I developed my own unique method, that aids in releasing stress flowing oxygen and providing an easy-going refreshing feeling my free flow method. Through this method I guide my patients to breathe more fully, so that their lungs will be filled with fresh oxygen that could reach all their bodily cells. Together with unique breathing exercises that I will teach you so that you can continue to practice at home, the treatment will help connect your bodies and souls to experience peace and quiet, towards a better quality of life, an easier time falling asleep and an increased quality of sleep.
