Dealing with Stress in the 21st century
“The time to relax is when you don’t have time for it” / Sydney Jay Harris
In modern times, the need to always be in control and fulfill all of our tasks, while of course doing everything perfectly, is often times not a realistic goal, which can put us under an unbearable amount of stress. Work related pressure and financial worries are the main causes for stress – the most common mental health issue in the 21st century. being aware the causes of stress in recent years have resulted in greater understanding of the consequences and effects of stress, and they are far from being beneficial – to say the least.
Emotional stress with physical consequences
Stress is a mental condition that developes when the amount of information and anxiety we experience is greater than what we can process or comprehend – and that often has dire physical consequences. Beyond the psychological effects of Stress like anxiety, depression and critical decrease in mood , it also puts our body in danger of developing many different types of chronic diseases such as Diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, strokes and even cancer. These are just some of the diseases which high levels of cortisol (our stress hormone) as well as low levels of oxygen can create.
Do you have breathing difficulties throughout out the day?
Do you feel stiffness in your shoulders, jaw, or other parts of your body?
Are you unhappy, or even miserable at work?
Do you constantly feel worn out?
Do you find yourself constantly worrying and overthinking?
Do you experience abnormal levels of tiredness?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, I’d like to invite you to come for a session at my clinic.
The Path Towards A Healthy Body begins by Relaxing your Soul
Our bodies and souls have an unbreakable bond, and when our soul is unwell it needs to be taken care of – just like how we take care of our body. For over 20 years over which I’ve helped countless patients, I gathered incredibly effective and precise tools that led me to develop my own unique method – “Free Flow”
inspired by Dr Nader Butto’s Energetic Wash, I use my Free Flow method In order to help my patients to release emotional blockages, which are often past traumas that block the free flowing energy in our bodies and result in physical pain. With the aid of a mix of Bach flowers personally made specifically for you, I give you the exact right formula for your own needs so that you could use some of the benefits of the treatment at home after our session is over. I also use breathing exercises and guide you through them, and they will ensure that you get the right amount of oxygen in your lounges and help your blood vessels flow it all over your body.
“When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened” / Winston Churchill
